You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform solely for your business purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by betahubnovaex without restriction or compensation.
Use of betahubnovaex services requires payment of applicable subscription fees. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. betahubnovaex may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive termination of this agreement.
betahubnovaex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and, where appropriate, through other communication channels.
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
